We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

3. Animal Availability

Animals are sold on a first-paid basis.

Availability is subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion.

4. Genetics Disclosure

We make every effort to accurately identify and represent the genetics of each animal offered for sale.

Visual genes are represented to the best of our knowledge and experience.

Animals listed as possible, probable, or percentage heterozygous ("het") are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Health Guarantee

All animals offered for sale are:

  • Captive bred.
  • Feeding consistently.
  • Free from known illness at the time of shipment or pickup.
  • Properly represented to the best of our knowledge.

Each animal is inspected before shipment.

6. Shipping Policy

We ship live animals using FedEx Priority Overnight through approved reptile shipping services.

Shipping schedules are determined based on safe weather conditions for both the origin and destination locations.

We reserve the right to delay shipment due to:

  • Extreme temperatures.
  • Severe weather.
  • Carrier disruptions.
  • Circumstances that may place the animal at risk.

The safety of the animal always takes priority over shipping schedules.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

7. Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival when:

  • Weather conditions are approved by us.
  • The shipment is delivered on the first delivery attempt.
  • The package is accepted promptly upon delivery.
  • All shipping instructions are followed.

In the unlikely event of a dead-on-arrival (DOA) animal, the buyer must:

  • Contact us within one hour of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the animal and shipping box.
  • Retain all shipping materials until the claim is resolved.

Failure to comply with these requirements may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

8. Animal Care Responsibility

Once an animal has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for its care transfers to the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for providing:

  • Appropriate enclosure size.
  • Proper heating and temperature gradients.
  • Adequate humidity levels.
  • Fresh water.
  • Proper feeding schedules.

We are happy to provide husbandry guidance, but the buyer remains responsible for the animal's ongoing care.

9. Website Content

All photographs, logos, graphics, care guides, articles, and website content are the property of Ball Pythonz unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the animal.

We are not responsible for:

  • Veterinary expenses incurred after delivery.
  • Injuries caused by animals.
  • Husbandry-related issues after delivery.
  • Carrier delays beyond our control.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.

While we strive to provide accurate husbandry and genetics information, individual animals may have unique requirements, and buyers should conduct their own research before purchasing.
